Leadership and Organization Consultant - (Morgantown, WV)

West Virginia University's Division of Talent & Culture is accepting applications for a Leadership and Organization Consultant. This position, in collaboration with the Leadership and Organization Development (LOD) leadership, HR Partners (HRP), and Talent & Culture Centers of Ability (COE), builds new programs that align to the University's initiatives and solves leadership gaps. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will: Build out and manage an Emerging Leader Development program, in conjunction with AAP/Diversity initiatives. The program will align and support Talent Planning initiatives and will work through COEs, HRPs, WVU leaders, and others to select the most viable applicants to be part of a growth opportunity to enhance their capacity and promotability for future leadership positions; Partner with the COE's on building out training modules for HR Partners and other Talent and Culture employees to learn more about each subject matter to increase knowledge and exposure; Develop training
