Sr. Director, User Experience - (Eden Prairie, MN)

Description The Sr. Director, User Background is responsible for leading the UX strategy and design to enhance the background of the digital product consumer. In addition, the role is responsible for leading a team of four : 10 UX designers and developers driving cross : channel consistency, whenever possible. Works closely with details architects, interaction designers, user background engineers, product managers, development teams, strategists, operations, project coordinators, IT, Enterprise Security, business owners and outside vendors. Key responsibilities: Define the user background of our digital products and on-line applications by developing user interface wireframes, prototypes, page flow / task flow designs
