Director, Advising Programs and Services - (Cleveland, OH)

POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Advising Programs and Services is responsible for responsible for planning, goal setting, resource management, human resources deployment and associated reporting for the assigned portfolio of work. The position is responsible for the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of assigned programs in addition to managing the daily operations, budget and compliance. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Program Operations 1. Lead and manage program staff in the assigned portfolios of work. 2. Develop and maintain sound fiscal and organizational management systems and practices compliant with federal laws and regulations and specific funder requirements, policies and procedures. 3. Develop strong relationships with all program partners and act as pivoting liaison between all parties to effectively run assigned programs: Funder, partners, program implementers (manage/balance many levels of relationships) 4.
