Talent Manager - (Indianapolis, IN)

Praxair Surface Technologies is seeking a Talent Manager to join our team in Indianapolis IN. The Talent Manager is responsible for implementing strategies that will help us develop and retain high performing employees. This role will also drive various initiatives in human resources globally in the areas of onboarding, assessments, succession planning, developmental plans and providing analysis of various human resource initiatives. The talent manager works closely with senior HR management and serves as a liaison between Corporate Human Resources. Talent Manager Drives all HR projects and helps in implementing them across the PST business. Regularly engaged in special projects supporting HR team and corporate wide HR initiatives Designs and implements employee engagement programs. Assists managers to create development plans and monitors implementation. Technical expert for training platforms utilized by HR team. Will be the focal point for training programs and implementing all programs across PST.
