One of our clients is looking for IT Operations Project Manager (Contractor) for IN location as follows A Bachelorrsquos Degree in Computer Science or related position is required Interviews Onsite interview required DutiesResponsibilities IT Operations Project Manager responsible for delivering the following project Manages implementation of new service desk application for IT Help DeskService Desk, based on a Jira or Zendesk software platform Drafts, proposes, and implements service desk procedures based on relevant best practices and Trains IT staff in service desk operation in Jira or Zendesk software. Manage all procedures related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and requests, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of Service Desk functions Job responsibilities Associate of bachelorrsquos degree in details technology, business, or engineering. Min 5 years of service desk background, including at least 1 year of background managing a service desk team.
