Software Trainer - 10+ month contract - Roanoke, VA Job overview This position will assist in all aspects of training including any applications or systems that interface with the Keyspring system. Duties include preparing quality training and resource materials for a variety of audiences, to include the entire Enterprise staff. The Principle Trainer will be prepared to conduct training sessions as required or needed. In this capacity, the individual will play a key role in improving the productivity of everyone interacting with the new system. The Principle Trainer will create Gap Analysis for Training Interventions. QualificationsEducationExperience Bachelorrsquos degree preferred or equivalent background Degree in English, Communications, or Technical Writing is a plus
