Line Cook - EVENING HELP NEEDED! - (Southlake, TX)

Looking for a Line cook in high energy culinary environment. We are looking for Evening help. Must be able to work Weekends and Evenings. Will prepare food according to standardized recipes and portion controls. Will assist in prepping all kitchen lines and re-stocking the lines, as necessary. Help to receive food and dry goods for the kitchen and properly account for such deliveries. Keep all coolers and walk-ins neat and clean. Properly store/cover all food items and rotate products for freshness. Help the Chef(s) maintain all par levels for the kitchen(s). Contribute to a positive food costs utilizing establishes Best Practices. Respond to additional customer requests by preparing orders to their specifications. Food storage, receiving, stocking & rotating. Able to work together and communicate with others, in constant high pace doing a variety of "time restraint" tasks. Other functions assigned by management. Requirements/Responsibilities 100% Stand or walk. 75% Reach, bend, stoop and wipe.
