Position description This job requires self:motivation, excellent phone presentation skills, general technical skills, knowledge of standard business software and on-line customer cultivating capabilities. You must also have the expertise to set sales appointments, track and maintain the customer lead throughout the sales cycle. F/T and P/T positions available 1:2 yr Telemarketing background welcomed Must set an appointment no less than every 2:3 hours on average Complete a min of twenty dials per hour Industry background in Commercial Cleaning knowledge a plus, but not required Keep current daily records of contact details and maintain records for call backs and follow up Attend weekly sales meeting to discuss appointments and follow ups Provide input and feedback on telephone techniques, rebuttals and selling skills Be professional, polished and pleasant to work with Company Description
