Photo Admin - Scheduler - (Booneville, IA)

JOB SUMMARY: Assists the Area Photographic Operations Manager and Photography Managers in managing daily photo operations; coordinates and maintains weekly photography schedule; assists with recruitment, hiring, and development of photography team. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages scheduling of Team Leaders and Photographers on the weekly photography scheduling. Understands the needs and limitations of the schools and the abilities of the photographers when creating the schedule. Maintains all scheduling changes and ensures communication with appropriate personnel. Keeps photography leadership apprised of any schedule or related issues. Responsible for the best utilization of company resources and maximization of productivity for high quality, positive Picture Day experiences - including the utilization of the Picture Day Report Cards as a data point for performance feedback, development, and improvement. Assists with photographer recruitment, interviewing, selection, and orientation.
