Electrical Engr Principal (Job Number:438781) Description: SAIC has a contingent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer. This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located in Crane, IN. Researches, designs, develops, modifies, evaluates and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, tv and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment. Conducts experimental tests on equipment and evaluates results. Develops specifications for selecting components and equipment to use. May also review vendors abilities to support development. Applies extensive technical ability and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
