Job overview Job Description Fields Engineering Consultant Services, LLC (FECS) has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineering Drafting Technician/CAD Designer to join our team. The successful applicant will work on various projects. This team player will be responsible for CAD design, preparing plans, and applying technical engineering principles, methods, and techniques on water and wastewater and civil engineering projects. This position, along with CAD design and plan production, provides technical support to the engineering team. The position plans, schedules, coordinates assigned design work and monitors work for compliance to applicable codes and accepted CAD standards. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a collaborative office environment to develop innovative, cost effective designs for new facilities, expansions, upgrades and retrofits.
