Level II Helpdesk Support + Technical Implementation - (Bloomfield Hills, MI)

Position overview We are seeking a Customer Service Rep/IT Support Rep to join our growing team You will perform technical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: :Plan and schedule appointments and events :Answer inbound telephone calls :Issue outbound telephone calls :Develop and implement organized filing systems :Perform other office/support tasks, as directed :Promptly answer and field all phone calls in a professional manner :Create documentation for each call via a digital ticketing system :Assist dealership employees with entry:level IT issues in GM, Nissan, Honda, Ford, and future programs :Assist IT group in systems testing and trouble:shooting as required Requirements: :Previous background in technical call support or other related fields :Expertise to prioritize and multitask :Excellent teamwork skills :Strong written and oral communication abilities :Strong attention to detail :Strong organizational and resource management skillset
