Job Description Desktop Support Analyst Job overview The Desktop Support Analyst supports all end:user equipment including, desktop, laptop, printers, scanners and hospital equipment. The Desktop support Analyst is responsible for providing 1st line of support assistance to employees experiencing problems with IS supported software and hardware and ensuring service level commitments and deliverables are met Position assignments: :Responding to requests for assistance from employees who are experiencing problems with IS supported software or hardware. :Documenting results of problem resolution session using the Internal Call system. :Performs user administration on servers or server applications. :Assists other IS staff in problem resolution. :Participates in deployment projects :Provides solutions to proactively reduce help desk calls and streamline problem resolution.
