Technical Support Analyst II : Bilingual English/Spanish - (Costa Mesa, CA)

Job overview As a Technical Support Analyst II we will count on you to provide hardware, software, and network support for our customers in a call center environment. This includes troubleshooting, resolving or escalating technical issues for customers utilizing our Order Confirmation Systems and Drive Thru Timer Systems. Our customers utilize a diverse range of POS Systems and its is essential that you have direct background troubleshooting POS systems. Additional assignments include providing internal technical support to the sales, engineering and installation departments. You will be on a small, dynamic team that helps our customers keep their systems operating at peak efficiency to help them be successful. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Level:2 Help Desk support via telephone, email, or other entry channel. Deliver excellent technical and non:technical support with outstanding customer service and end user satisfaction in a timely manner.
