Our Real Estate team operates from Europe, Asia and North America with £15.1 billion of gross real estate AUM. We provide clients with a range of products and services, including core and specialist funds, listed REITs, joint ventures and separate accounts. Earlier in 2018, Schroders acquired Algonquin, a specialist pan-European hotels investment and management business with AUM of €1.8 billion.
