This position works independently in making decisions and finding solutions to routine problems. Duties include, but are not limited to: Drafts and prepares a variety of correspondence and legal documents for attorney review for filing in circuit, county, federal courts, or administrative proceedings. Examples of legal documents include petitions, notices, motions, orders, final judgments, recommended orders, stipulations, memorandums of agreement. Under the supervision or direction of an attorney. Maintains calendars for program attorneys. Pre:plans and schedules appointments, meetings, conferences, and hearing dates.
