Legal Assistant/Paralegal - (Santa Monica, CA)

Litigation Assistant wanted for 12-lawyer law firm in Santa Monica. We work in a collaborative environment, and train and encourage our employees to advance their skills and position. --This position will provide commercial and IP litigation support to the paralegal department including filing, scanning, spreadsheets, document review and other tasks. --Knowledge of Word and Ms excel is essential, as is a positive can do, will do attitude. --Graphics, video and photo skills are a plus. --Database background (including litigation databases such as Relativity, iPro or Concordance) is also a plus. This is a full-time position and benefits include medical, dental and vision plans, parking, generous matching 401k and Flex Spending Account. Pay depends on background, from $19.00/hr up.
