We are seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys needs and work in concert with a senior paralegal. Responsibilities: :Input client data in BestCase bankruptcy legal software. :Track various Chapter seven and Chapter thirteen Trustee requests and requirements. :Conduct research to support legal proceedings and adversary proceedings. :Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. :Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. :Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. :Record and store client info.
