Position summary Grand Opening : New Location in Allentown PA Come join a winning team and find a career:not just a job We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Operations Assistant also become a members of Regional Management, in all phases of the operation in the portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to, business plans, sales goals, marketing positioning, asset quality, financial objectives, facilities management, and control of all personnel and resources so that the portfolio is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management/ maintenance services.
