Position details JOB DESCRIPTION Position title : Shift Supervisor Restaurant Location: Reports To: Restaurant Manager Supervises: Cashiers, Bakers/ Helper Job Summary: To provide efficient management of location to ensure excellent QSC ( Quality , Service and Cleanliness) Responsibilities Ensure daily operations are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures Ensure store is stocked with adequate products in warmer, showcases and steam table. Check all products for freshness Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are carried out and ensure timely opening of restaurant. Supervise employee activities. Ensure quality, service and food safety procedures are followed. Assist at front of office with customer service. Assist in Management of supplies and inventory. Assist in daily completion of stock control forms and weekly stock control. Assist in tracking and monitoring waste reports to ensure continuous reduction in waste. Assist with daily ordering of stock.
