Assignments include work load balancing, scheduling, Training, basic troubleshooting, and Performance feedback. . Essential Job Functions: :Ensure accuracy, Safety, Quality, and Regulatory standards are met daily. :Effectively Coordinate and coach the Pharmacy Technicians to achieve max daily Production. :Identify Training opportunities and assist in providing Training. :Resolve basic hardware issues that arise during daily Operations. :Assist with Maintaining Inventory control. :Perform Administrative duties including interpreting Production reports, crEating schedules and correspondence to Stores and suppliers.
