Job overview POSITION PURPOSE The role of the Community Relations and Donation Coordinator is to grow and sustain levels of quality donated goods (textiles and wares) to Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County by establishing, planning, promoting and coordinating corporate and community partnerships, donor relations and donation drives. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Thoroughly understand the mission and vision of Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County and its initiatives, and serve as an enthusiastic, effective advocate within the community. : Identify and cultivate donor engagement opportunities. : Identify prospective donor organizations and contacts within those organizations and serve as (one of) Goodwills liaisons with various constituents. : Develop strategic plans to introduce Goodwill and cultivate relationship to donor partnership. : Maintain Salesforce database of donor leads, prospects, and clients. :
