Property Manager : Commercial Real Estate - (Lexington, MA)

Position details Our client, an established Real Estate company, is actively seeking an experienced Property Manager. Responsibilities: :Tenant management assignments include leasing to insure optimal return for owner, delivering highest level of service to tenants, :Supervise daily property management operations including maintenance of properties, management of employees and outside vendors and tenant relations. :Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervises repairs as necessary. :Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints quickly, enforcing rules of occupancy and successfully advertising/filling building vacancies. :Schedule, supervise and direct the daily activities of all on:site employees (including but not limited to building engineers, concierge, and bookkeeping/accounting staff). :Oversee all related cost control efforts for applicable properties.
