Apartment Property Manager - (Schaumburg, IL)

Position overview Our client is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager for 1 of its Chicagoland properties. The Apartment Property Manager is a full:time, salaried role. This role is NOT for the faint:hearted. Every day will be different and will require a person who can manage an ever:evolving work atmosphere that requires ingenuity and excellent analytical skills. This apartment community is undergoing renovation and requires a solid leader who can increase occupancy above 90 quickly. Youll need to retain residents, attract new renters and get this property back on track financially. Do you love solving problems that other people cant? Can you guide a team out of crisis? If you answered yes, then this is the role for you Compensation: starts at 60,000 in annual salary (depending on background) + BONUS. Work Hours: Monday through Saturday (at least 48 hours/week) for the 1st 3 mons, Monday through Friday after stabilisation.
