Job Description Job summary KRE Group is offering an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with a portfolio of more than 1,500 rental apartments that is continuously expanding. We are currently searching for a Leasing Agent/ Property Manager at 1 of our garden:style properties, located in Springfield, NJ. Responsibilities Actively and energetically lease renovated apartments. Conduct leasing tours with prospective tenants. Prepare weekly leasing reports. Prepare monthly market surveys. Handle entire lease processing procedure, from application through execution and payment. Assess data to assist in implementing marketing strategies Assist with renovation program logistics with construction team Assist Regional Property Manager in various projects. Manage move:in/move:out process. Manage entire apartment turnover process. Coordinate property events. Process bills for payment Address resident concerns in a timely manner to ensure positive outcomes.
