Commercial Property Manager - (Stamford, CT)

Job overview MAINTENANCE, CONSTRUCTION, and MARKETING Position duties: Manage the commercial properties in an efficient and profitable manner. Supervise In:house maintenance staff daily. Inspect grounds, equipment, and facilities for repairs and maintenance Review and approve the purchase of building maintenance supplies and equipment. Plan, schedule, and coordinate major repairs, maintenance and construction. Solicit bids from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance. Handle of all property invoices for approvals and coding. Prepare monthly work orders for tenant billing. Function as project manager for renovations and fit:ups. Investigate tenant complaints, violations, and resolve problems. Meet with prospective tenants and leasing agents to show properties. Assist in property lease renewals. Provide good customer service and manage tenant improvements. Ensure that properties are functional, in attractive condition, and ready for occupancy.
