Job summary JOB DESCRIPTION This position reports to the regional manager and requires leadership and team managerial experience. This position manages the day:to:day of managing the community, the overall wellbeing and productivity of the community. Onsite apartment managerial experience is required. GENERAL POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :Conflict management experience :Customer service responsibilities includes working with residents to resolve concerns and keep delinquencies at an acceptable rate :Knowledge of financial and close:out reports, code and pay invoices, complete monthly reports :Touring the community and homes as needed :Completing required paperwork, submitting service requests, post rents, follow the eviction and move:out processes :Marketing and budgeting as:needed Software qualifications may apply JOB QUALIFICATIONS :Onsite apartment managerial background is required. :Have dependable transportation to and from work :Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
