Warehouse Systems Manager - (Raleigh, NC)

PRIMARY FUNCTION : Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling Warehouse Systems' sales and operations with the goal of providing Gregory Poole customers with optimal material handling system solutions that satisfy the specific needs of their application. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Manage Warehouse Systems' sales, operations and team responsible for working with the sales force and customers to survey customer facilities, analyze specific needs and put together professional proposals for storage rack, mezzanines, in-plant offices, wire enclosures, guard railing, conveyors, etc. Builds Warehouse Systems' staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal working environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
