Inventory and Warehouse Manager - (Solon, OH)

Job description: The Inventory & Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate records and controlling the Company's inventory (domestic and international locations), as well as organizing and directing the receiving, shipping and storage of goods in the local facilities. Essential Duties/Responsibilities : Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to control inventory and ensure accuracy from receipt, to storage, to shipment or disposal. Manage inventory, shipping and receiving staff in a professional manner to assure adherence to Robbins policies, procedures and establish best practices within the group. Initiate and maintain processes and procedures to optimize work flow and conditions in areas of responsibility by means of 6S or similar practices. Monitor the shipping & receiving processes to ensure compliance with internal and external policies, regulations and standards, and to ensure that transactions are being properly recorded in a timely manner.
