Then Spectrum has the role for you Spectrum is hiring Inside Sales Supervisors for our Akron location The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for planning, managing, and coaching performance on a team of approx ten to 15 Inbound Sales Agents in a call center environment. This supervisor will organize and manage inside sales personnel responsible for closing inbound sales calls. This person must be positive, highly energized, and provide motivation for team to reach specific goals. Additional assignments include developing and implementing performance improvement plans and team player engagement.
