Job DescriptionMaintenance Manager - Responsible for the management of the maintenance at mill with focus on predictive/preventive maintenance and machine reliability. May also be responsible for engineering function at some locations.Key Activities1. Leadership /Management§ Manages site maintenance group.§ Provides positive role model for all mill personnel in the area of safety, quality and productivity.§ Provides guidance, instruction and mentoring for the maintenance staff.§ Provides periodic feedback to employees in the areas of job knowledge, performance and development.
