Job details Position Purpose :The Quality Manager is accountable for the establishment, implementation and sustainment of the quality system within the bounds of the AmesburyTruth Corporate QMS. This role is responsible for the quality of all products, services, processes, and systems. The Quality Manager serves as the technical authority for quality and leads the quality organization. The Quality Manager is also responsible for leading or facilitating cross:functional teams developing solutions to various quality problems. :Promote and maintain a safe working environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Champion and promote a process and total quality approach within the organization. :Responsible for developing and executing the Quality Planning, Manufacturing Process Quality, and Supplier Qualification Programs in conjunction with other AmesburyTruth plants. :Build the quality team and QMS. Mentor staff and peers.
