Quality Assurance Manager - (Olathe, KS)

Position overview We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to manage, maintain and enhance our ISO Quality Management System and to ensure that Webco Manufacturing remains continually certified to ISO as well as customer quality qualifications. Some core responsibilities of this role include: : Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Webco Manufacturing ISO certified Quality Management System including modifications and communication of changes to the organization, monitoring, or audit schedules. : Facilitating outside certification body auditors as required. : Maintain and monitor internal performance metrics related to product quality. : Maintain and monitor corrective action and preventative action processes including those incurred from audit findings, product non:conformances and supplier non:conformances. : Report on the performance of the quality system. : Manage customer:specific quality issues. : Oversee quality inspectors within Webcos operations.
