This position is accountable for meeting the expectations and delivering results to support overall operations improvement, management and discipline. In addition, the Sr. Operations Consultant will maintain and foster a positive and productive relationship with, Senior Leadership, customers, health plan, regional quality directors, vendor management and other internal partners.
