Classification Title: Talent Consultant Job details:UFHR's Talent Acquisition and Onboarding office seeks an experienced professional to join its Strategic Talent Group as a talent consultant. The Strategic Talent Group is University of Florida's internal search team. By identifying, attracting, and engaging the strongest talent, we contribute to the Gator Good. As an internal consulting group, our passion for UF and our understanding of the culture and values of the UF community enable us to find the very best to meet the particular needs of each recruitment engagement. In this position, you will serve as an expert consultant and coach to hiring departments across the university, identifying and attracting highly candidates who are qualified and developing and implementing premier recruitment strategies. You will help us ensure that the initial contacts with prospective employees constitute the 1st steps toward a positive and rewarding career in the Gator Nation.
