Risk/Compliance Project Manager - Funding Investments - (Minneapolis, MN)

The Risk/Compliance Project Manager - Funding & Investments must develop an understanding of the underlying business processes that they support and demonstrate a proven expertise to work autonomously and apply this knowledge in support of the Funding and Investment team. Focusing on process improvement, policy compliance, and project management, this position will need to ms excel at issue solving and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to improve business outcomes. - Assist with monitoring compliance with corporate and regulatory qualifications ( Volcker, AML, Swap Dealer, etc.) - Problem solve issues that arise in the normal course of business - Help to continually improve operational efficiency on the trading desk - Serve as point of contact with multiple internal groups as well as external counterparties and vendors - Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders in 1st, second and third lines of defenses.
