Customer Service Representative - 5699 - (Bristol, NH)

Wilson Employment Networks is currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for our client's offices in Bristol and Plymouth, NH. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: Handle walk in and call in traffic Assist customers with a variety of needs relative to their accounts Participates in promotional programs and contests Requirements of the Customer Service Representative: Strong customer service background required Comfortable working in a small office environment Great communication expertise Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Proficient phone and technical skills High-school diploma preferred Flexibility to work seasonal overtime *Only applicants that align with the above description should apply* These positions are available on a supplemental to direct basis. The hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm, with occasional Saturdays required during the winter. Pay for these roles is $13.35-$15/hour, depending upon background.
