Office Service Coordinator - (San Diego, CA)

Position : Office Service Coordinator Location : San Diego, CA Duration : twelve months Contract Total Hours/week :40.00 Description: ? must have Supplier payment, AP and SAP background are the key ? GI/IR (aging POs) issues, run SAP reports, update and organize Team SharePoint, and improving the lamination cards process, help with adding parts and integration and be a back-up for Drop Ships. Other duties as assigned. ? Must be: Organized, customer service oriented, flexible, proficient with Microsoft office suite, fast learner, understanding of AP process. ? Preferred: SAP, Supply Chain knowledge. AP: ? Clear back log of invoices ? Resolve Root Cause ? Support Buyers on everyday bases with their invoicing issues ? Work on Blocked and Held Report ? Work with AP team to help resolve their issues ? Work with buyers to resolve blocked invoices in their VIM Part Set-up: ? Assist with the set-up of Part Numbers in Ultriva ?
