SPY/BMD Technical Trainer - (Norfolk, VA)

Position details Summary: T2S Solutions, LLC, a veteran owned small business, currently has an opening for a SPY/BMD Technical Trainer to join our team in Norfolk, VA Duties & Responsibilities: Collect data through observation and by meeting with ships' engineering watch standers, principle assistants, Engineering Officers, and Deck personnel on U.S. Navy surface ships. Work with the ships' crew and observe, inspect and provide recommended remediation to the ship's Commanding Officer (CO) to improve shipboard material condition. Based on these assessments, provide Automated Work Requests (AWR) to the Commanding Officer at the completion of each visit. Provide a report for correction of ship's imminent material failure items and a report of each visited ship's overall material discrepancies report Identify and provide recommendations for required repair parts; generate maintenance ready Automatic Work Requests (AWRs) for material discrepancies. Provide recommendations for repair prioritization.
