PSC Service Provider/Trainer Specialist - (Marinette, WI)

Responsible for the supervision, training, and personal care needs of clients while attending Goodwill. Objectives employee is expected to accomplish in the 1st 90 days: Record attendance, client progress, and other data as necessary. Coaching and training persons with disabilities in organizational and community job sites. Have great customer service. Knowledge of Computers. Complete jobs at task as assigned by supervisor. Occasional transportation of clients. Assist in toileting, hygiene, and other personal care needs of clients. Required functions: Implement training techniques on specified individualized program plans. Supervise and provide training for our clients. Assist in toileting, hygiene, and other personal care needs of clients. Record attendance, client progress, and other data as necessary. Record daily production. Maintain quality control of work done by clients. Daily set up of client workstations.
