TRAINER ABOUT THE POSITION We are currently seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our Talent Management and Learning team. You will develop and deliver instructor led trainings for our Operations and Clinical teams ( customer service, claims processing, clinical ), training on technical systems and soft skills. Delivery will be either in classroom or virtually via WebEx. You will focus on developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs, and will also be responsible for coordinating all training qualifications, maintaining and updating the content to ensure it is relevant.
