Exciting ten months + W2 contract role for a VOIP Engineer in Cary, NC The successful applicant will be tasked with the following Fault analysis and trouble resolution for Voice problems Support DS0-DS3s, SS7, SIP, Routing and MPLS Drive resolutions of a broad range of voice platforms Escalate issues that require higher levels of support Other tasks as required The ideal candidate will be able to prove the following Excellent work experience of Voice Engineering across DS0s, DS3s and more SIP Trunking ability Routing, Switching and MPLS background Strong customer service skills
