Test Engineering Associate Manager / Electrical Engineering / Analog / Description:Manager responsible for leading Test Engineering activities on multiple programs. Assignments include leading the team that conducts failure analysis activities, yield trending, software and hardware change maintenance, corrective action development and implementation, capital project planning and execution. Responsible for performance management of Test Engineers deployed within the assigned mission areas. Assists Test Engineering site lead in talent selection, determining department personnel work assignments, and execution of functional initiatives.
