Process Engineer - Crystal Growth Essential Function: Responsible for the design and implementation of silicon single and multi-crystal growth and machining processes. Leads the optimization of instrumentation, equipment, process design, cost reduction and process performance to meet customer expectations. Performs trials, tests and/or experiments to support engineering and production objectives. Assists manufacturing operations in issue solving with regards to equipment and systems. Develops and recommends new process formulas and technologies to achieve cost effectiveness and improve product quality. Establishes operating equipment specifications and improves manufacturing techniques. Use engineering ability to improve process understanding and accelerate learning in a team environment.
