Position title Office Services Clerk Job summary Summary Job overview The Office Services Clerk will perform routine daily operations tasks including but not limited to, Conference and Training Room Reservation & Set Up, Ordering/Maintaining Supplies, Resolving Work Orders,, Service Provider Coordination, Routine Walkthroughs, Cold and Hot Calls, Landlord Communication, Mail Collection and other day to day operational tasks. Responsibilities ? Serve as a main point of contact for Office Management ? Manage new hire onboarding process for office ? Coordinate deliveries and collection with USPS, FedEx and other couriers ? Coordinate with service providers on a daily basis to meet service expectations ? Perform routine walk-throughs of office area to assess general conditions ? Escort guests and contractors when necessary ? Installation of monitor arms and other light ergonomic equipment ? Assist with Office Moves ?
