Senior Datacom Database Administrator - DBA (Security Clearance required) - (Ashburn, VA)

-- ESP is looking for a Senior Datacom Database Administrator (DBA) to support a key program in Ashburn, VA. The ideal candidate obtains more than seven years of background as a Datacom DBA within a large-scale, multi-application mainframe environment. The Senior Datacom DBA is responsible for configuration, installation, operation, administration and development support of the Datacom Database and COBOL programs in a large mainframe environment. They will work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team-a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives - designing, developing and implementing custom database application capabilities for legacy and modernized systems and applications. The individual will work in close collaboration with software developers/engineers, stakeholders, and end users within Agile processes.
