Main responsibilities: Assisting in the management of any and all commercial disputes, litigations, arbitrations, and investigations towards cost-effective resolutions Responding to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and similar info requests Managing regulatory and compliance issues in a variety of subject areas, including data security, export controls, and immigration Coordinating discovery, including document collection and production Overseeing and managing outside counsel as needed In conjunction with the labor and employment team, assisting in the management of employment disputes, litigations
