Position details We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys business needs. As a paralegal at Burns and Harris, your tasks will include: Drafting pleadings, handling discovery, preparing no:fault applications, trial preparation, conducting research to support legal proceedings, assisting with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, and complying with court orders. You must be able to prioritize and multitask, have outstanding written and oral communication expertise, and be deadline and detail:oriented.
