Paralegal Case Manager - (Hackettstown, NJ)

Job summary Experienced paralegal case manager is needed for a growing national law practice that is moving to Washington Township (Long Valley), New Jersey. The perfect candidate will have at least 3:5 yrs experiencing handling either plaintiffs personal injury, medical malpractice, workers compensation, social security disability or veterans benefits. Prior background as an adjudicator at the VA will also be considered. The perfect applicant must possess: excellent writing expertise, communications skills, and capabilities in managing a caseload of at least 100 cases. The successful applicant must also be capable of learning new material and adapting to the fast:paced environment of federal regulations that are changing rapidly, working as part of a team, and being responsible for his/her own cases, and reporting to a supervising manager and attorney. Solid paralegal skills in developing evidence, dealing with experts, managing longstanding litigation files, and handling clients is essential.
