Forklift Operator/Customer Service - (Merced, CA)

The company is seeking a Customer Service person with good computer and forklift skills. This person will answer phones and take messages and reply to Manager in a timely manner. Must be able to help customers with answers to their questions they may have regarding product info. Also able to work outdoors when needed and when operating the Forklift. Responsibilities: Customer Service, taking message, helping customers and directing calls to appropriate department. Input data on computer using Ms word or Microsoft excel. Will be responsible for moving product within Storage area to be picked up for customer installment. This could include creating shipping documents, such as invoices and purchase orders, and pulling inventory from the shelves. May also perform inventory and track a shipment delivery status. Good forklift skills are needed to perform some job assignments. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Skills:
